Privacy & PDPA Notice
Effective date: 21 August 2026 · This notice applies to the Legacy Planner landing pages operated by Axis Collective.
What we collect
Depending on the page you use, we may collect your name, mobile number and the answers or ranges you provide in a retirement guide, calculator or questionnaire. We do not ask you to provide NRIC, bank-account details, insurance policy numbers or passwords through these pages.
Why we collect it
We collect this information to provide the requested download, manage your request, arrange a phone follow-up where requested, respond to you, maintain service records, and meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements. We will not use your information for a new purpose unless permitted by law or we notify you and obtain consent where required.
How information is handled
Information submitted through these pages may be received, stored or routed using approved service providers for hosting, database storage, business spreadsheets and communication alerts. Access is limited to authorised people who need the information for the stated purposes. Where data is transferred outside Singapore, Axis Collective must ensure the protection required by the PDPA is in place.
Retention and security
We retain personal data only while it is needed for the stated purposes or legal/business requirements, and take reasonable security measures to protect it. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent for future contact, or raise a privacy concern. Use the Privacy contact page. Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot complete a requested follow-up or service.
Updates
We may update this notice when our practices change. The current version will be published on this page.
